Who maintains AddressLab
AddressLab is maintained by the AddressLab Operations Team. It is an independent developer tool created to make repetitive address-form testing faster. It started as a focused US address generator and expanded after testing showed how often checkout forms, CRM imports, saved-address cards, and localization layouts fail on non-US formats.
What AddressLab does
The product creates structured address-format test records for developers, QA teams, product managers, and indie builders. It supports form validation, prototypes, demos, seed data, checkout testing, export testing, and localization checks.
What is included
Generated records can include name, phone, a non-deliverable .test email field, street, city, state or region, postal code, country, and a formatted full address. Real message delivery must be tested with a mailbox controlled by your own QA team.
How content is maintained
Country formats and QA guides are reviewed against public postal guidance and the live generator. The data methodology page documents how fixtures are assembled, what accuracy means, and how to report corrections.
Responsible use
AddressLab provides synthetic test data only. Generated records are not verified delivery addresses, do not represent real identities, and must not be used for fraud, impersonation, tax evasion, spam registration, or bypassing platform rules.
