Postal-code handling
Hong Kong generally does not use a postal code for ordinary local addresses. Do not insert a made-up numeric ZIP just to satisfy a US-style form.
Address fields
Keep the district or area name and street information as text. Test forms should allow a blank postcode when Hong Kong is selected.
